Introducing BTC Audio's maiden product, Valsier.
Offering a simple to learn interface, yet devastatingly large sounds, Valsier can take your bass tracks to the next level.
Despite it's simple appearance, Valsier is capable of creating monstrous basslines suitable for a wide range of electronic music. With separate drive units routed directly after the oscillators, the filters come screaming to life, whilst the dedicated sub keeps the overall tone warm and deep.
The two multi-stage graphical envelopes (one for amplitude, the other for the second filter) as well as the step sequenced filter LFO allow you to create wildly varying sounds with plenty of dynamic.
Free Standalone Version
The standalone version is available completely free so you can test it out thoroughly before you buy, available below:
http://audio.betterthanclay.co.uk/files/Valsier_1.0.1_Standalone.zip
Just unzip it to a folder anywhere you choose and run it via Valsier.exe.
Note : You will need a midi controller keyboard to get the best from the standalone version. It will however let you play notes via your pc keyboard if a proper midi controller is not available.
VSTi Demo Version
A VSTi demo version - fully functional except with intermittent white noise blips - is now available from:
http://audio.betterthanclay.co.uk/files/Valsier_1.0.1_VSTi_Demo.zip
Demo Tracks
Alternatively you can hear a little of what it's capable of via this short (and utterly unpolished) demo track:

More (read: better) demo clips will be added shortly!
Features:
Compatible with all major VST2 hosts within Windows (XP - should run ok on Vista but audio performance in general currently appears to be rather poor.. it's your call!), tested and used extensively with Cubase SX / Nuendo 3.
The instrument is available via either a windows setup program (exe) or a zip file which you can unpack and install yourself. Both versions are available via your download queue upon purchase.
